“Yoni Śakti locates the place of power in our own bodies — in the yoni, the source, the home, the womb. It is here that we encounter our connection to deeper knowledge, our blood wisdom.”
What is Yoni Shakti?
Yoni Shakti is a feminine, cyclical, and intuitive approach to yoga — a reclamation of ancient wisdom and embodied spirituality for modern women. Developed by Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, this lineage of Well Woman Yoga Therapy honors every phase of life: maiden, mother, enchantress, and crone.
Rather than striving or perfecting, Yoni Shakti invites us to soften — to rest, receive, and remember our innate rhythms. It is a practice of coming home to the body — of listening, moving, and breathing in alignment with your own natural cycles and the living rhythms of the earth.
Through breath, gentle movement, yoga nidra (guided rest), sound, and stillness, we awaken what is called “blood wisdom” — the deep, intuitive knowing that flows within us and connects us to all of life.
Who It’s For
Yoni Shakti is for all who identify with feminine energy — whether you have a physical womb or not, whether you menstruate or have moved beyond those cycles. It welcomes you exactly where you are, offering a space to feel nourished, held, and whole.
